How: Take 1 Dropper, 1-4 times daily. Refrigerate when possible.
Lemon Balm: a member of the mint family, lemon balm has mild sedative properties which both calm and relax. It is said to have the ability to usher the body gently into sleep.
Valerian: documented use at least as far back as ancient Greece, valerian is in use today as a traditional natural remedy for insomnia. It has an affinity for and interact with GABA receptors, found in the central nervous system.
Hops: From the female flower (strobilus) of this fragrant plant, hops are used to reduce tension and facilitate restful sleep. β-acids in hops have melatonin-like activity, which reduces body core temperature and induces sleep.
Kava Kava: Kavalactones, the chemicals found in kava kava, have been studied extensively with documented effects of calming nerves and muscles as well as promoting sleep. A ceremonial drink in the Pacific Islands, kava kava is considered relationship-building.
